KARL STORZ North America in Chicago is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to provide hands‑on, face‑to‑face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams, ensuring seamless use of equipment. You will set up video towers and integrated systems, inspect, repair instruments, coordinate maintenance, and help drive growth across sales, education, and long‑term career opportunities within our MedTech leadership.

This role offers relocation support, certification reimbursement, and ongoing training to help

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 certification (CRCST, CCSVP, CST, or CER) or licensure required, or Associate's Degree.
• 2–5 years’ experience as an OES, and/or previous experience in Sterile Processing, Sales, or other Surgical Technology/Medical role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in fast‑paced, service‑driven teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands‑on, face‑to‑face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams, ensuring seamless use of KARL STORZ equipment
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for surgical procedures
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments and equipment
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for use
• Manage repair processes, track equipment status, and facilitate service transactions
• Troubleshoot real‑time equipment issues in the operating room to support successful procedures
