Job summary

KARL STORZ Endoscopy - America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support OR, SPD, and BioMed teams in hospital environments. You will ensure instrument readiness, assist with video towers, and coordinate repairs for advanced medical devices.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical settings. Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, onsite in the hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in fast-paced, service-driven teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for surgical procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments and equipment.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for use.
• Manage repair processes, track equipment status, and facilitate service transactions.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the operating room.
