One of the most rewarding ways to launch and grow your career with KARL STORZ is by joining our Onsite Endoscopic Specialist (OES) team. In this hands‑on, customer‑facing role, you will support advanced surgical technologies directly within a hospital setting, helping ensure that clinical teams have the equipment, instruments, and resources they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
As an OES, you will work closely with Operating Room (OR), Sterile Processing (SPD), and Biomedical Engineering (BioMed) professionals, serving as a trusted partner and technical resource. From supporting surgical procedures and troubleshooting equipment to managing instrument readiness and repairs, you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.
This position offers invaluable exposure to the clinical environment and provides a strong foundation for future career opportunities across sales, leadership, clinical education, field service, and other areas within KARL STORZ. Field sales, internships, and roles that are regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for vacation, except where required by law.
