Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 in the US to support end users, primarily via deskside actions, Windows 10/11 and Office 365, with VIP client handling. You will document requirements, assist in design discussions, and help deploy new software features while maintaining system health.

Qualifications

• Experience in EUC H&F Support (End User Compute – Deskside Support).
• Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 & 11 OS, Microsoft O365 applications.
• Good customer handling and VIP (Concierge) support experience.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop issues (hardware/software).
• Basic troubleshooting of conference devices/projectors/meeting rooms.
• SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge and Active Directory.
• Document all support activity in IT incident/fulfillment tool (SNOW).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews/workshops to capture user needs and document requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications and document processes.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications per design specs.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects to improve software performance.
• Support integration of new software features and transitions within the existing system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and document maintenance steps.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich team knowledge.
