Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 in the United States to support End User Computing and VIP user needs. You will assist in interviews, refine software design discussions, and help document and code for new applications. The role includes testing, defect reporting, and ensuring smooth integration with the current IT landscape.

You will monitor live systems, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to knowledge sharing and SOP creation across Infrastructure and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in End User Compute – Deskside Support.
• Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 & 11 OS and O365 applications.
• Strong customer handling and VIP support experience.
• Document all support activity in IT incident systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviews/workshops to capture user needs and document requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specs and create process docs.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to improve software performance.
• Support integration of new features and transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and document maintenance procedures.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions for the knowledge base.
