Job summary

Revlon in Roanoke, VA is hiring an End Rider/Forklift Driver to safely operate forklift equipment and manage palletized goods. You will use the warehouse system to receive assignments, move inventory, and maintain accurate stock movements.

The role requires 100–200 cartons per hour with up to 10-hour workdays and mandatory overtime. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and pass safety inspections.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Basic Math skills and ability to read documents
• Able to stand, knee, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate end rider forklift safely and inspect equipment
• Transport palletized goods within facility using motorized equipment
• Read and understand documents for order fulfillment
• Assist in locating inventory using the warehouse management system
• Collaborate with leads to adjust inventory and process stock movements
• Operate equipment like pallet jacks, wrapping machines, scales
• Walk and lift cartons up to a pallet for long shifts
• Support 5S Lean Program and cross-train across areas
