Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Roanoke facility. The role entails safely operating various material handling equipment to support export functions, including delivering orders, pulling and staging freight, and loading containers.

Training in relevant safety regulations is provided. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic Excel skills, and ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/desired.
• Must have visual alertness, hand coordination and judgment to operate all equipment.
• Must possess reading and legible writing skills; basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Basic Excel experience required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Willing to work in all phases of receiving/warehousing, including off-site warehouses.
• May require lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
• Overtime and weekend work may be needed.
• Receive training in 40CFR 262.17 as applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of material handling equipment (e.g., Raymond Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Powered Hand Jack, Pacer Truck, Sit-Down Lift, Center Rider Pallet Truck).
• Deliver orders to packers and pull/stage freight; load freight on containers and local carrier trucks.
• Review bills of ladings for accuracy; pull and stage freight; load and scan freight.
• Meet KPI targets (e.g., 20 pulls per minute per hour).
• Possibility of exposure to hazardous materials with required safety training.
