Job summary

Medcor is hiring an EMT or Paramedic on a PRN basis as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. Typical shifts run Monday–Friday, 6:00am–5:00pm, with responsibilities including patient care, RTW facilitation, and charting.

Applicants should be comfortable in a construction setting, have valid licensure, CPR/BLS, and strong communication skills. The role may involve collaboration with external providers and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure for the active position.
• CPR/BLS certification required at the time of application.
• Ability to lift 50 lb as part of the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at the on-site clinic per MCP protocols.
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership and external providers.
• Manage documentation and case details using EMR systems.
• Support RTW program facilitation and treatment plan monitoring.
• Contribute to pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
