Qualifications

• Must hold valid EMT or Paramedic license and CPR/BLS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and work in a construction environment.
• Comfort with on-site clinic duties and patient care workflows.
• Familiarity with EMR software preferred.
• Willingness to cover varying shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at the on-site Medcor clinic.
• Provide patient care and treatment per MCP protocols.
• Manage workers’ compensation and RTW program processes.
• Collaborate with medical/operational leadership and client staff.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
