Job summary

Talentify is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead the site’s supply chain at its Westborough, MA facility. The role oversees purchasing, master planning, inventory control, material movement and shipping, with a team of 10–15.

You will align execution with production schedules and customer commitments. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in EMS or aerospace/defense supply chains, strong ERP/MRP skills, and a proven ability to lead teams through urgent production and changing customer

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive supply chain/materials experience.
• Proven people leadership in manufacturing.
• Excel and Power BI experience to develop KPI reports.
• Able to analyze large purchasing/MRP data and drive decisions.
• Experience with Kanban or similar scheduling.
• Improvements in inventory turns and cash flow.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site supply chain functions with production schedules.
• Coach and develop Purchasing Supervisor, buyers and staff.
• Partner with leadership to set action plans and improvements.
• Oversee demand, capacity and materials planning with ERP planning.
• Direct purchasing for electronic components and PCB materials.
• Drive inventory optimization and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support customer meetings and ensure ISO quality/compliance.
