Responsibilities

• Receive and process 911 and non-emergency requests for ambulance/EMT assistance.
• Use CAD system to monitor, update and control unit locations.
• Provide mapping and routing information to units.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicle based on patient needs.
• Maintain communication with customers and facilities about delays or changes in transport.
• Provide information on insurance coverage and transportation costs.
• Deliver courteous, problem-solving customer service.
