Oracle is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join the on-site HR support team in Port Washington. The role partners with data center employees and leaders to resolve workplace matters fairly, consistently, and promptly.

You will investigate, coach managers, and guide policy interpretation while balancing employee experience, operational continuity, and risk management, in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse employee relations caseload from intake through resolution.
• Provide policy-aligned consultation and coaching to frontline and mid-level leaders.
• Conduct investigations into moderately complex ER matters and document findings.
• Maintain on-floor presence across campus and escalate as needed.
• Identify elevated-risk matters such as discrimination or safety concerns.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and operations to resolve cases confidentially.
• Analyze case trends to improve manager capability and policy education.
• Support ER reporting, training, and playbook development.
