Qualifications

• Minimum five years human resources related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other field and/or equivalent experience.
• HR Certification (HRCI/SHRM) credential preferred.
• Ability to visit Falcon’s (local) regional stations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an employee experience strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Culture Champion to embed cultural elements into daily operations and communications.
• Support communication strategies to inform and engage employees.
• Coordinate benefits and leave administration across multi-site operations.
• Oversee onboarding to promote early employee connection and Falcon culture.
• Manage employee records and ensure policy compliance.
