Responsibilities

• Coordinate priority missions and resource deployment with Operations Section Branch Directors to align with objectives.
• Collaborate with AHIMT Unit Leader to deploy teams and manage mutual aid requests.
• Identify resource needs beyond state inventories and communicate with Logistics Chief.
• Ensure SERT objectives meet local needs by coordinating with field staff.
• Maintain communication with liaisons in affected areas through SERT Field Operations Coordination.
• Participate in Incident Action Plan meetings and provide an operational perspective.
• Lead operational meetings with ESFs to resolve issues and coordinate with Plans, Logistics, and Finance & Administration Chiefs.
• Oversee IAP implementation and tactical incident activities.
• Translate agency leadership decisions into action and coordinate with responders.
• Prepare status updates and recommendations by operation end and contribute to transition planning.
