AC Disaster Consulting is seeking a Planning Section Chief to lead planning efforts for state emergency response, coordinating with SERT and Operations. The role is onsite at designated EOC locations, with 12-hour shifts in a temporary capacity.

Requires a bachelor’s in Emergency Management, 2+ years in emergency planning, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel. Travel to client sites and deployments are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in emergency management planning and project management.
• Experience with Incident Command Framework at state or federal levels.

Aufgaben

• Supervise collection and collation of planning documents and develop Incident Action Plan and Situation Reports.
• Coordinate technical planning staff support for weather and mapping data.
• Develop and disseminate Situation Reports and Flash Reports.
• Develop EOC Incident Action Plans and facilitate planning meetings.
• Maintain event chronology and update WebEOC.
