PROF Group in southern New Hampshire is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Bench Technician to perform hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, integration, alignment, calibration and diagnostic troubleshooting on high-precision equipment. The role will support lab operations, bench repairs, manage service inventories, coordinate shipments, and liaise with engineering teams both locally and overseas to ensure product performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience (Engineering degree NOT required but must be able to read schematics and have experience soldering)
• Experience in a technically related manufacturing or service industry
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Proficient with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters and signal generators
• Read schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine assembly methods and sequences
• Data input and summary computer skills
• U.S. Citizen with Passport for government interactions
• Military electronics experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, integration, alignment, calibration and diagnostic troubleshooting on high-precision equipment
• Support lab operations and bench repairs
• Manage service inventories and coordinate shipments
• Liaise with internal teams and engineering personnel locally and overseas
• Develop and deliver training courses
• Develop standard repair and integration procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy with support from a part-time administrator
