Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking an experienced Onsite Service Technician to provide dedicated technical support at a client location, maintaining and repairing high-volume printing and mailing equipment.

The role involves routine preventative maintenance, system upgrades and installations, real-time issue response, and collaboration with internal teams to meet performance standards and deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems with diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on high-volume printing and mailing equipment.
• Diagnose, repair and upgrade systems, and install new equipment as needed.
• Respond to equipment issues in real time and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely problem resolution and high performance.
