The role emphasizes data analysis, test engineering, and collaboration with internal customers to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the Production Value Stream.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or advanced degree in electrical, computer, or systems engineering through internship/co-op.
• Experience with project execution and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis of test results to identify trends and process improvements.
• Provide production floor support for process and compliance issues.
• Work with electrical test equipment and office tools to support tests.
• Use VBA and Office tools for reporting and analysis.
• Engage cross-functional teams for improvement activities (6-sigma, lean).
• Apply Pareto analysis and process mapping for performance insights.
