Job summary

RTX is offering an onsite Operations Engineering Test Specialist Co‑Op in Andover, MA. You will join the production value stream to analyze test data, support on the floor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

This role emphasizes Six Sigma, lean methods, and hands-on circuit testing in a manufacturing setting. You will develop skills in data analysis, voltage/current testing, and VBA-enabled reporting while contributing to quality and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS in electrical, computer, or systems engineering through the internship/co-op term.
• Experience with project execution.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis of test results to identify trends and improvements.
• Provide production floor support for process/compliance issues.
• Work with Electrical Test Equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools including VBA for reporting.
• Demonstrate experience with digital and analog circuits.
• Lead cross-functional improvement activities (Six Sigma, lean).
• Apply Pareto analysis and process mapping to drive improvements.
