Helix Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager on electrical construction projects. You will act as the liaison between field and office, helping define objectives, schedules, and budgets while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to scope.

The role emphasizes developing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining profitability through strong planning and communication.

Formación

• 2–3 years of Project Engineer experience in electrical construction.
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Field coordination with construction management.
• Strong scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships and assist in winning projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support the senior project management team.
• Help develop project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support scheduling, procurement, and contractual requirements.
• Improve department processes for profitability and timely delivery.
• Ensure schedule requirements are met and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate with customers to confirm expectations before, during, and after projects.
• Oversee relationships with subcontractors and third parties.
• Manage monthly invoicing and change orders.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendents on methods, labor, and manpower.
