Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services in Plain City, OH seeks a Project Manager to provide oversight to Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, coordinating project schedules and resources to ensure work is completed within budget and ahead of schedule. This is an in-person role without hybrid/remote options.

The successful candidate will manage subcontractor relations, cost tracking, and field communications, while enforcing company procedures and safety programs across projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Accubid, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management/document control software is desirable.
• Awareness of construction/financial software packages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project flow from inception to completion.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations.
• Maintain financial responsibility for projects.
• Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with foreman on safety and site walks.
• Obtain as-builts and CAD from engineering.
• Escalate issues to Division Manager with recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety programs.
