Job summary

Chapel Electric Co., LLC, an EMCOR Company, seeks a Project Manager in Dayton, OH to oversee Project Engineers and Assistant PMs, manage scheduling, budgets, safety, and coordination with subs and customers. This is an in-person role and does not qualify for hybrid or remote work.

You will ensure adherence to procedures, control project scope, and drive value through tight cost control and on-time delivery while leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with design, procurement, and field

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in electrical construction or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Accubid, AutoCAD, Revit is a plus; familiarity with construction/financial software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall flow of projects effectively from inception to completion.
• Oversees project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Supports field personnel with subcontractor relations and helps resolve field problems.
• Maintains full financial responsibility for projects and understands construction financial practices.
• Ensure all project document control is completed efficiently (insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
