Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform electrical maintenance and related repairs on-site at our Annapolis Junction, MD location. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $31.16 per hour and requires at least two years of electrical service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and standards.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds (team lift 75 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work independently on equipment with less than 600 volts.
• Identify root causes of electrical failures using wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with personnel to identify materials and requirements for tasks.
• Respond to emergency site maintenance and on-call duties.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inventories as required.
