Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an Electrical Helper/Installer to join our team on-site for major infrastructure projects. You will install electrical systems per project specs under the direction of Journeyman and Foreman, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include conduit, raceway installations, wiring, and equipment supports, while adhering to NEC standards and safety rules in a high-demand environment. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred); minimum 3 years of experience in electrical helper IV role.

Responsibilities

• Installations of Raceway Systems to meet project production standards.
• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks.
• May be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
• Installation of small electrical equipment and supports.
• Attend safety meetings and complete safety paperwork daily.
• Demonstrate safety as a top priority.
