Qualifications

• Experience working with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Must be available for on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify and eliminate operation pain points.
• Perform field service tasks and preventative maintenance.
• Act as a trainer for field service associates if needed.
