Job summary

Garmac Limited LLC is seeking an Embedded Electrical Engineer to provide on-site electrical support at active customer construction sites, with travel roughly 3 days per week. Training will occur in Independence, OH, and travel and lodging are fully covered.

You will coordinate with construction teams, answer daily electrical questions, and interface with the engineering team on higher-complexity design issues while representing the firm professionally at the customer site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Field and construction exposure: commissioning, construction support, site electrical coordination, or owners-side project engineering.
• Ability to interpret one-line diagrams and switchgear layouts.
• Medium-voltage distribution familiarity.
• Strong communication and judgment in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite electrical support during construction and buildout activities.
• Coordinate with construction teams and respond to daily electrical questions.
• Interface with the engineering team for higher-complexity design issues.
• Represent the firm professionally at the customer site.
• Participate in training and mentorship sessions in Independence, OH.
• Support medium-voltage design and project engineering tasks as needed.
