Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Construction Manager for a remote, 1-year contract role to oversee utility‑scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Substation construction from pre‑construction through turnover. About the role: Location: Mid-West (Central Region) Per diem available. We are looking for a Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will oversee the safe, successful execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated Substation construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover. The CM serves as the owner's onsite representative. You will report to the onsite manager.

Location: Mid-West (Central Region) Per diem available.

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities

• You will ensure contractors implement work observing contract documents, engineering requirements, company standards, safety expectations, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• The Construction Manager leads field execution while coordinating Engineering, Development, Supply Chain, Environmental, Commissioning, and external team members throughout the project construction lifecycle.
