Job summary

You will oversee onsite operations from planning through commissioning and turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance.

The role also leads onsite manufacturing/prefabrication operations, integrating offsite-style production, kitting, logistics, and field installation into a coordinated delivery model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading electrical construction operations on large, complex projects.
• Experience with BIM/VDC coordination and constructability reviews.
• Strong scheduling, materials, logistics, and manpower planning abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical construction activities, supervision of field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with project management to translate plans into effective field execution.
• Manage sequencing, manpower, materials, and logistics to maintain progress against schedule.
