Job summary

OnQCx is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead the electrical team on a large high-tech project. You will coordinate with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to resolve complex electrical issues and drive startup activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and extensive knowledge of electrical systems, subcontractor management, and field operations. Flexibility for extended hours is expected on this front-line role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical subcontractors to meet installation schedules and startup activities.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements.
• Review submittals for accuracy and functionality of each component.
• Lead on-site training for client personnel in operations and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Assist with estimating electrical budgets and manage subcontractor contracts.
