A leading electrical construction company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee operations on-site. You will manage RFIs, coordinate with vendors, and monitor project finances. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience or a degree in a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Competitive compensation range of $65,000 - $105,000 and a robust benefits package including health insurance and a 401K plan are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field or project experience on a commercial construction site or relevant internship experience.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and submit RFIs and ensure integration into project documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during the project.
• Monitor project schedules and update leaders accordingly.
• Lead project close-outs including documentation and warranties.
