Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or two years' experience in project coordination or management.
• Ability to assist in planning work schedules and determining manpower levels.
• Experience in budgeting and financial tracking for projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning work schedule and determining manpower levels.
• Advise Project Manager of potential problems and assist in circumventing them.
• Perform tasks required to assist in budget development and maintenance.
• Calculate and prepare various comparison reports for project analysis.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
