The role involves managing RFIs, coordinating vendors, and monitoring project schedules. Candidates should have at least one year of field experience or a degree in Construction Management. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field or project experience on a commercial construction site.
• Relevant internship experience can be considered.
• Possession of a degree or certificate in Construction Management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and submission of RFIs and ensure integration into project documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project submittals.
• Create, submit, and manage change orders.
• Monitor project schedules and provide updates.
• Lead project close-out documentation.
• Develop an understanding of project finances.
