Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, seeks an EHS Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance and drive improvements at our Irvine, CA site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 2+ years in EHS in private/public/government or military environment
• High School Diploma with 6+ years in EHS in private/public/government or military environment

Responsibilities

• Support site EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead the site's Stormwater and Hazardous Waste programs and act as primary contact for compliance activities
• Provide technical EHS support for equipment, product introductions, and management of change
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement
• Assist with incident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions including preparation and follow-up
