Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking an EHS Senior Specialist to lead environmental health and safety initiatives across sites in Oakdale, Minnesota.

You will develop programs, lead audits, and partner with manufacturing and engineering to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The role requires a degree with EHS experience and OSHA 30 certification preferred.

This onsite position offers relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of EHS experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED from AND 10 years of EHS experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the EHS program across multiple sites to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong culture of safety.
• Lead EHS audits and assessments, management review, incident investigations, EHS systems, ergonomics, and technical standards.
• Communicate program status and results to management, monitor metrics, and drive improvements.
• Serve as a technical EHS leader for new equipment/processes, new product introductions, capital projects, and change management, ensuring risks are identified early.
• Establish extensive cross-functional interactions with repair service, EHS, technical, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
