Job summary

Sensient Agricultural Ingredients is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to support health and safety programs at the Livingston site. This on-site role operates on a Sunday through Thursday swing shift with seasonal off-hours and weekend support as needed.

You will track safety issues, manage training records, and partner with operations to address hazards. The role involves safety walks, incident reporting for field operations, and delivering training on agricultural safety

Responsibilities

• Track site health and safety issues through resolution and reporting.
• Manage safety training records and support employee safety awareness.
• Partner with operations and site leadership to address hazards and risks.
• Conduct safety walks, audits, and inspections with closure of corrective actions.
• Support field operations with incident reporting for tractors, harvest operations.
• Develop and deliver training on energy isolation, safety orientation, and agricultural safety.
• Coordinate safety drills and emergency response plans and participate in safety meetings.
