Job summary

Picoma, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety program at our Cambridge, OH facility. You will partner with plant leadership to implement OSHA-compliant policies, drive safety initiatives, and foster a proactive culture that protects workers and the environment.

In this full‑time onsite role, you will conduct inspections, deliver training, manage incident investigations, and continuously improve EHS processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental health and safety experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Associate’s degree in Safety/Environmental related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proficient with safety management software (e.g., EHS Insight).
• OSHA 30/10 certification and First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and upkeep of EHS programs compliant with OSHA and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS orientation and ongoing training for new hires and staff.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
• Stay current on OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure availability and proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Develop and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all positions.
• Provide progress updates through Intelex and email.
