Picoma, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety program at our Cambridge, OH facility. You will partner with plant leadership to implement OSHA-compliant policies, drive safety initiatives, and foster a proactive culture that protects workers and the environment.
In this full‑time onsite role, you will conduct inspections, deliver training, manage incident investigations, and continuously improve EHS processes

As an EHS Coordinator at Picoma, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety Program for our Cambridge, OH facility. This position requires an assertive, decisive action‑taker with strong leadership qualities who can coach, guide, and support the management team in fostering a culture of safety. You will directly contribute to Zekelman’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, driving safety initiatives, and reducing risk across operations.
You will collaborate with facility leadership, frontline supervisors, and employees to maintain high safety and environmental standards. This is a full‑time onsite role located in Cambridge, OH.
