Job summary

Zekelman Industries seeks an EHS Coordinator for its Cambridge, OH facility. The role focuses on developing and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety program to ensure OSHA compliance and a safe workplace.

You will lead training, perform site inspections, and drive continuous safety improvements with leadership and frontline teams. A strong background in EHS and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in environmental health and safety or related role, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach on environmental, health, and safety matters for the facility.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs compliant with OSHA and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS orientation and ongoing training to new hires.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare detailed reports and corrective actions.
