Job summary

Sterling Pharma Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety to champion a safety-first culture on site in Germantown, Wisconsin. You will drive OSHA program execution, lead safety training, and govern EHS documentation with SME input to ensure high-quality outputs.

The role requires a pragmatic mindset, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to engage across all management levels to advance safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, health science or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in EHS, life sciences or manufacturing; >10 years preferred.
• Competent with IT systems and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and act as on-site Health & Safety Program leader to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Investigate incidents to determine root cause and implement CAPAs.
• Develop, review and maintain EHS SOPs and instructions.
• Provide EHS orientation and ongoing training for staff and contractors.
• Coordinate with SME's to ensure safety considerations are integrated into procedures.
