Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Fremont is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety programs on our onsite semiconductor manufacturing site in Fremont. This role travels to support EHS activities across locations and reports to the EHS Manager.

You will implement programs, perform audits, coordinate with vendors, and prepare committee meetings and newsletters while promoting safety awareness.

• Experience delivering training to team members.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Program implementation and support for EHS programs.
• Audit and inspect production floor, cleanroom, and support areas.
• Assist with emergency and injury response during business hours.
• Coordinate with vendors for First Aid and EHS programs.
• Prepare EHS committee meetings and reminders; develop newsletters.
• Deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and new hires.
• Promote EHS awareness across the facility via campaigns and meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; maintain logs and corrective actions.
• Assist hazardous materials handling and waste management.
• Support sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction.
• Other duties as assigned.
