Job summary

Grace Farms Foundation seeks an Educator to engage visitors with on-site educational programs, tours, and experiences. The role emphasizes welcoming, inclusive learning and lifelong curiosity, aligned with Grace Farms' mission and the Design for Freedom movement.

The Educator works with diverse audiences, develops related programming, and collaborates with the Operations team to ensure a meaningful guest experience at Grace Farms in New Canaan, CT.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required preferably in Education, English/Communication, Performing Arts, Nature, Science, History, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Educator in formal and informal educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and facilitates daily programming on site with visitor participation.
• Present and facilitate live demonstrations and experiences for diverse audiences.
• Observe visitors and adapt delivery to audience needs.
• Stay up-to-date on Grace Farms events and programs to communicate effectively.
• Assist in development and delivery of programs related to Grace Farms' work.
• Set up and clean-up of daily programming and organize materials.
• Support Operations team to provide hospitality at events.
• Other duties as assigned.
