Job summary

Grace Farms Foundation in New Canaan, CT is seeking an Education Department Intern to assist educators, facilitate programs for learners of all ages, and share the organization's mission through daily programming and pop-up activities.

The role is on-site with September–May availability, three days per week and Saturdays required, offering $18/hour or school credit. Work closely with our Education team to inspire, engage, and educate visitors.

Qualifications

• Interest in Education or related fields; pursuing a BA/BS is a plus.
• Prior teaching or guiding experience with diverse age groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to stay calm during high-volume periods.
• On-site work with some evening/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Support Pop-Up Engagements, Open Arts Studio and other public programs.
• Assist setup and cleanup of daily programming; communicate changes promptly.
• Collaborate with Events & Visitor Experience teams to welcome guests.
• Observe and collect data to support program analysis.
• Contribute to research and development of public programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
