Job summary

Grace Farms Foundation in New Canaan, CT is seeking a personable and attentive Visitor Experience Associate to welcome guests, assist with wayfinding, and share information about programs in a warm, professional manner. This position supports the Visitor Experience team, engages with guests across events and programs, and helps create a meaningful visitor experience in Grace Farms' welcoming

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.
• Experience in customer-service roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate visitor-facing technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and provide prompt assistance in person, by phone, or email.
• Process visitors and members, including card processing and ID verification as needed.
• Share information about Grace Farms programs and create personalized visit itineraries.
• Promote membership options and handle upgrades/renewals.
• Collect visitor feedback and report it to supervisory staff for quality improvements.
• Stay informed about Grace Farms offerings and events through trainings and meetings.
• Follow safety protocols at the Welcome Kiosk and maintain a positive, professional image.
