Job summary

Magellan Health is seeking an Onsite EAP Consultant in St. Louis, MO to deliver counseling and workplace mental health services.

The role covers emotional support, career and family concerns, and wellness, with focus on maintaining confidentiality and high service standards. The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, state licensure (LCSW or clinical psychologist), and an active TS/SCI clearance, with at least three years post-licensure clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as LCSW or Clinical Psychologist (and related licenses listed).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services related to workplace and career concerns, emotional health, relationships, work-life balance, and wellness.
• Conduct substance use screenings and coordinate appropriate treatment referrals.
• Conduct critical incident response services, EAP assessment and short-term counseling, orientations, webinars and trainings.
• Manage caseload and essential documentation to meet performance expectations.
• Provide information and referrals to appropriate level of care and community resources.
• Develop working relationships and participate in team activities to build a high-performance team.
