Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure (LCSW-C, Licensed Clinical Social Worker; Licensed Clinical Psychologist; etc.).
• Security clearance TS/SCI required.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling on workplace and career concerns, emotional and mental health, relationships, and work-life balance.
• Conduct substance use screenings and coordinate referrals for treatment.
• Deliver assessment, consultation, education and triage services.
• Develop relationships across teams and improve department performance.
• Manage caseload, ensure timely documentation and compliance with contract requirements.
• Offer crisis intervention and health and wellness trainings as needed.
