Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, unrestricted state licensure such as LCSW or LMHC or LPC.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling for workplace, career, emotional health, relationships, and work-life balance concerns.
• Conduct substance use screenings and coordinate appropriate treatment referrals.
• Deliver assessment, consultation, education and triage services to organizations and employees.
• Participate in crisis response, EAP assessment, trainings and health/wellness programs.
