Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking an onsite EAP Counselor to support employees in Auburn Hills, MI. The role combines individual short-term counseling with leadership consultations and promotional activities within the EAP program.

The part-time schedule is 24 hours per week, onsite, with 8:00am–4:30pm shifts on Tue/Wed/Thu preferred, and includes opportunities to conduct trainings and attend health fairs. Master’s or doctoral credentials and Michigan licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate in mental health field.
• Licensed to practice in Michigan (LPC or LCSW).
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience with crisis management, substance use and psychiatric treatment.
• Part-Time In Person schedule: 24 hours/week onsite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual EAP appointments with employees.
• Provide in-person or telehealth short-term counseling.
• Perform risk assessments for employees in crisis.
• Deliver crisis debriefings when indicated.
• Promote program benefits and connect employees with resources.
• Provide leadership consultations and strategic support for service delivery.
• Participate in health fairs and educational sessions.
