Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring for an on-site DTC Operations role focused on order flow, SAP/inventory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. You will monitor, triage, and resolve order issues, support fulfillment and returns, and track KPIs with cross-team coordination to meet SLAs.

Role requires 2+ years in digital commerce or similar settings, strong Excel/SQL/Power Query skills, and a Bachelor's degree. On-site presence is expected, with benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital commerce, order management, supply chain operations, or similar roles.
• 2+ years of experience with operational reporting, KPI tracking, and issue triage.
• Understanding of working in agile environments (daily standups, sprint planning, retro).
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise environments with structured processes and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily DTC order flow across SAP, eCommerce platforms, and OMS systems.
• Track, triage, and resolve order exceptions (payment issues, holds, address errors).
• Support post-purchase operations including fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer care workflows.
• Ensure alignment between SAP inventory levels, 3PL stock, and e-commerce availability.
• Coordinate with Customer Care to address order issues, delays, and stock shortages.
