Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager (Disaster Recovery) in Houston to lead planning, governance, and execution of DR initiatives, coordinating application, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

The role emphasizes failover/testing, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting, with opportunity to mature the DR program and deliver repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing multiple, complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, infrastructure readiness experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Executive-level reporting, dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure teams (servers, databases, virtualization, networks, operations).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving governance/PMO controls.
• Strong governance/process development experience (standards, checklists, PMO controls).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, including vendor selection and go-live.
• Manage projects across enterprise apps, infrastructure upgrades, data platforms, and IT ops.
• Coordinate shared resources across projects to ensure prioritization and utilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, secure resources, and monitor budgets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust resources as needed.
• Provide status updates and risk mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of PM methodologies and tools.
• Foster alignment between business requirements and technical designs.
