Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Salesforce or comparable CRM experience preferred.
• Steady work history.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and a solutions-minded outlook.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and coordination support for the Door Products Manager across the full commercial and industrial door line.
• Quote support for general contractors by reviewing drawings and identifying the door equipment called for (high-speed, rolling steel, sectional, fire-rated).
• Manage incoming sales leads in Salesforce and assign to the appropriate sales team member.
• Coordinate and track equipment shipments from order through delivery.
• Maintain accurate orders and records in Salesforce and the company accounting system.
• Serve as the liaison between the office sales team and field operations.
• Learn the door product line to build a foundation for a future door sales role.
